Who We Are

Rimrock Cattle Company is an integrated 3rd generation family business.  Due to increasing operational costs and attempting to maintain a sustainable profit margin, Rimrock chose to concentrate on quality rather than use quantity to artificially lower operating costs.  We have selected for increased fertility and indirectly selected for cattle with moderate sized ribeyes and less subcutaneous fat than average.
