This is your chance to buy locally!! Know exactly what you are buying and feeding to your family. Our cattle are raised on a 100 percent organic forage diet with absolutely no grain in their diet. This isn't 'grass fed' but high protein forages such as wheat, soybean hay, and alfalfa are used in lieu of grain such as corn. Cattle are on pasture their whole life...never confined to a feedlot. Beef is all natural - we never use antibiotics or growth promotants including hormones. Cattle are vaccinated and treated for parasites. Our cattle grade choice close to 90% of the time in a conventional feedlot. All beef sold private treaty is ultrasound prior to slaughter so quality grade is ensured.
